Dental Implants

Dental implants are screws made out of titanium that can replace one or multiple missing teeth. They require a minimally invasive surgery and take around 3-4 months to be ready to receive a crown over it.

Dental Crowns

Some teeth have a big decay, a root canal or simply a fracture that compromises their structure, for this case the best treatment is to place a porcelain crown on top of the tooth so it can look and feel as if nothing happened to it.

If you are struggling with the size, color, shape and position of your front teeth, porcelain or composite veneers can solve many of these problems by covering the facial portion of your teeth with minimal damage to your teeth.

Root Canals

Once a cavity or a trauma severs the nerve of your tooth, this nerve should be removed, cleaned thoroughly and sealed with a special cement. In our office we are proud to offer a fast, effective and minimally invasive root canal therapy with Laser technology. This technology improves the irrigation and the disinfection efficacy, making the root canal visit a shorter and more pleasant one.

Teeth Whitening

We are proud to offer the Zoom whitening system in our office, no matter how stubborn the shade of your teeth are, if you are extremely sensitive, or if you think you are not a candidate for whitening. This new technology can really rewind time on your smile making your teeth look whiter and brightening your smile.

Sealants

This is a very conservative approach to preventing decay, wherever there is a suspicious spot on your tooth that can get a cavity in the future, the Doctor will recommend to seal that area so you do not get one.

Oral Cancer Screening

This is an examination performed by the dentist to look for signs of cancer or precancerous conditions or lesions inside your mouth.

Implant Supported dentures

If you are tired of removing the dentures from your smile, if you don’t feel secure with them anymore because they move, the solution is fixing them with implants. Come for a consultation and we will show you what will best suit your needs.

Routine Dental Cleanings

These are the ones that our fantastic hygienist will do to our healthy patients every 4-6 months. For us to know if you are healthy, we will measure your gums and educate you on where you need to brush and floss better.

Deep Cleanings

When the hygienist measures your gums, she will show you the areas of concern. If there are 5 mm pockets in your gums, we will recommend a deeper type of cleaning that involves getting your gums numb so we can clean all the length of those problematic pockets. Fun fact: if you need a deep cleaning we will need to make sure that your gums are healthy by doing a regular maintenance every 3 months so we keep the gum disease in check.

White Fillings

In Paramount Smile we believe in a holistic approach, hence we do not use metallic fillings, and we can remove any cavity or white filling using our dental laser. No more awful drilling sounds, preserving as much of the healthy tooth structure left on your tooth.
